Existing Customers

Existing customers can amend a taxi or fleet policy for any reason, by contacting their local office (see Contact us page for details).  You should notify us immediately of any changes to your address, occupation or have penalty points endorsed on your licence.

To view your policy documents, simply sign into your account either on the Patons App or via the My Account section on the website, all of the information will be there along with any of the documents that you have provided to us.

If you’re changing or thinking or changing your vehicle we’ll need full details of the make, model and registration number to process the change or advise you of any difference in premium or terms.

If you’re changing or thinking of changing the drivers covered under your policy, we’ll need full details of their driving history including claims convictions and licence information.

We strongly recommend that you contact us before committing to any changes so that we can make you fully aware of the effect on your policy cover or premium payable.
