Introducing our new Taxi Insurance Quick Quote!
Over the last few months we have had our ear to the ground, speaking to taxi drivers about their experiences getting private taxi insurance and public taxi insurance. We also ran a Twitter poll that posed the question: “How do you prefer to buy your Taxi Insurance?”
We gave the options of online, over the phone or face to face, to see exactly how customers would prefer to sort out their taxi insurance with us. The results were very enlightening, and it means we can get a much better idea of how regular taxi drivers would prefer to organise their insurance.
The Results
The results of our Twitter poll indicated that there is a fairly even split when it comes to how taxi drivers want to organise their taxi insurance, with 23% preferring face to face, 35% preferring online and 42% preferring over the phone.
What we can summarise here is that whilst face to face is still valuable to some, the majority of taxi drivers would like a quick, easy and convenient solution offered by going online or speaking to someone over the phone. This made us think a lot about what else we can offer to the majority of our customers who prefer these two ways of organising taxi insurance.
