Administration Advisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of administration connected to the customer and insurer’s needs.
Insurance experience preferred but not essential but must have proven administration experience within a busy environment.
Claims Advisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a customer’s claim, ensuring that our guidelines and processes are followed.
1 year insurance claims experience essential.
Edinburgh
Customer Service/Renewal Advisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for the customer journey, firstly by providing customer service and renewal support to our customers and, secondly, by adhering to company and FCA processes and guidelines.
1 year proven insurance experience essential.
Liverpool
Renewal Advisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for the renewal journey of our customers, ensuring all company and FCA guidelines and processes are followed.
1 year proven insurance experience essential.
Customer Service Advisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for the customer journey throughout the lifecycle of the policy and adhering to company and FCA processes and guidelines.
Insurance experience preferred but not essential but must have proven customer service experience within an office or call centre environment.
Single Vehicle Taxi Sales Advisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for specialising in the local area, providing quotations to taxi drivers, setting up and maintaining links with bases, fleet owners etc to drive local business into our Liverpool office.
1 year insurance sales experience preferred but we would consider someone with proven sales experience.
