The Role
As a Fleet Support Advisor, you’ll help manage and support a portfolio of new and existing clients in our commercial department, with a focus on fleet and multi vehicle policies. You will act as the primary point of contact for policy administration, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day support, ensuring each client receives tailored advice that aligns with their business needs and risk profile. Your proactive approach and dedication to outstanding customer service will foster long-term relationships with fleet managers, clients and Insurers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our fleet managers to ensure seamless onboarding and account support for our growing portfolio of fleet, multi vehicle and commercial motor clients.
- Handle day-to-day queries and enquiries from clients and insurers via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and policy administration systems, tracking deadlines and renewal dates.
- Collaborate with underwriters, and internal colleagues to resolve complex cover queries and policy issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and long-lasting client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting fleet operations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and Insurers.
- Ensure data is recorded in an accurate and consistent format.
- Cross selling a range of Commercial Insurance services into our customers.
- Maintain all internal processes and procedures in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- Provide outstanding customer service.

The Person
- 2+ years’ experience as either a commercial account handler or customer service advisor, preferably within fleet or automotive sectors.
- Experience specifically handling fleet or multi-vehicle accounts an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client and insurer negotiations.
- Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM/policy systems.
- Customer-centric mindset, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a solution-driven approach.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
