As part of our drive to continue offering the very best service to all of our valued customers, we have further strengthened our Fleet Team with the key appointments of Paul Edwards and Clair Coyle.
Paul brings with him 15 years’ valuable experience, working in general, commercial and Taxi Insurance, with the past ten years, specialising in Taxi Fleets.
“I’m really looking forward to the new challenge at Patons. Utilising my market knowledge, product experience and carefully considering customers’ needs I can provide a service that meets our clients’ high expectations.” He says “It’s really important that customers trust us, so part of my role is to deliver a personal service and make sure that we are easily accessible at all times. People are busy, so we need to do all we can to give them what they need quickly. This gives them confidence about who they are dealing with.”
Clair Coyle is joining the team to further support our customers. Bringing expert knowledge gathered from over 26 years of working in the Insurance industry with almost half of that time specialising in Taxi Insurance.

Clair also likes to provide an efficient service to our customers to ensure their business keeps ticking.

Our Existing Fleet Team
Paul and Clair join our existing team of Stephen Shearer, Cheryl Doran, and Rebecca Ebo, who between them have been helping our customers with their Fleet needs for many years.
Having worked in insurance since 1993 and specifically Fleet for the past decade, Cheryl brings product knowledge and a determination to get the very best deal for her Fleet Sales clients.
Stephen has been working in the insurance industry since 2007 and so offers a full insight into how the insurance world works. Believing that values such as openness and integrity are crucial in this sector, his approach is to engage customers and make arranging cover much simpler.
Marie and Rebecca are our Fleet Support Technicians, they’re your contacts once the policy is sold by either Paul or Stephen. Their role involves requesting the relevant documents, setting up the finance, processing any changes you may request throughout the year and looking after the Fleet right through until renewal is due. Rebecca also keeps an eye on and gives assistance to Fleets that have any claims throughout the year.
